Marie Lourdes Attard and James Borg invited Schola Cantorum Jubilate to animate their Nuptial Mass that was held in Xagħra and started at 5pm.
The bride accompanied by her father reached the alter on Schubert’s notes of the ‘Ave Maria’ which were interpreted by the choir conductor and soprano Marouska Attard.
The choir was accompanied by members of the Jubilate Ensamble amongst whom Joseph Camilleri on the organ, Pierre Louis Attard (violin) and Noemi Attard (flute). The repertoire included pieces by Mozart, Temple and Mendelsshon.
