le="text-align: justify;">Schola Cantorum Jubilate animated the funeral mass of Fortunato Farrugia. The presente cadavere mass started at 5.30pm at the Basilica of Maria Bambina, Xaghra and was officiated by Mgr. Carmelo Refalo, Archpriest. The choir performed the 'Missa pro defunctis' and the hymns: 'O Sacrum Convivium' (Bartolucci), 'Sicut Cervus' (Palestrina) and 'The Lord Bless you and keep you' (Rutter). During the introit Marouska Attard interpreted 'Pie Jesu' from Faure's 'Requiem'. Jean Noel Attard accompanied the choir on the church organ.
